Plot

Thenavan always rejects the girls his mother chooses for his marriage proposal. Sheila falls in love with Thenavan because of his kindness towards her. But Thenavan is not in love with Kalyani. He loves her from his school days. But Kalyani does not love him and is not able to give back the feelings that he had for her. As Kalyani reached Malaysia, her bag got stolen. This leads to Thenavan helping her. This brings all of them together, including Sathya, Kalyani’s ex-lover. Thenavan always loved Kalyani, but Sathya did not like it. He always disturbed Thenavan’s plan of confession in school. This reunion will bring many changes in each of their life. What will happen to Thenavan? Will he be able to make Kalani fall in love with him? What will happen to Sheila? Will she be able to confess her feelings? Will Sathya meddle in Thenavan’s romance again, just like in school? The rest of the story deals with it.

Star Performance

Yuvaraj Krishnasamy, as Thenavan, did an incredible performance in the film. His journey to finding love with his school-time sweetheart was brilliant. His character detailing of the character was outstanding, especially the desperation of lost love. Agalyah Maniam, as Kalyani, did a fantastic performance in the movie. She shows the nature of a girl who everyone wants to love. She was the pretty girl that every guy wanted to date in school. Her acting was factual and natural. One would be Santeinii Chandrabos, as Sheila, after watching this movie. She that much impact she made in the whole film. Her appearance as the girl fell in love was sweet and cute. Thevaguru Suppiah, as Sathya, did a remarkable performance in the movie. All the other actors were as good as the main lead actors.

The storyline of the film was great, sweet, and entertaining. The film focus on the central theme of the love triangle of school romance and its effect on adulthood. The film is based on the short movie Venpa. The romance and comedy nature of the film is maintained from the start till the end. The film is in Malaysian Tamil language. The description of a love triangle is beautifully written. The storyline was exciting and engaging to the audience. The storyline in the movie was well written and structured in the film. The direction and cinetomagraphy were brilliantly done. The adventurous journey of a romantic love triangle was demonstrated in the movie. The title of the film is Honey in Tamil. The comic elements were funny and exciting. From the start to the end of the film, the storyline will engage the audience, despite being generic. The background music and songs played a significant role in the movie and are well-highlighted. The dialogues were excellent in the film.
