Plot

The film begins with the voice-over of Samantha Ruth Prabhu. She is the daughter of an affluent person and lives a lavish life. She happens to journey in a train and bounces upon Nithin. Nithin, who hails from a village, has a lifestyle which is in stark contrast to Samantha’s lifestyle. They develop friendship and share their life events with each other. Eventually the develop feelings for each other but remain silent about it.

Later, Nithin’s family plans to get him hitched to Anupama Parameswaran. Here arises the twist in the plot. What about the love between Nithin and Samantha? Will they express it? Or will Nithin agree to marry Anupama? Watch the film to unravel these questions.

Star Performances

Nithin has done a neat job and has pulled off his role with earnestness. He is seen in a different avatar in this film. He has a good onscreen charisma. The character of Samantha Ruth Prabhu is etched well, and she looks gorgeous on screen. Samantha is known for her sweet expressions and in this film too she expresses well. Also, she shines in the meaty role given to her. Anupama Parameswaran is a revelation, and she has done an outstanding job in her village getup. It would not be a surprise if she is offered more offers in Tollywood. Brahmanandam is at ease with comedy. The witty dialogues and comedy timing of Rao Ramesh Rao Ramesh is a Telugu actor and son of Rao Gopal >> Read More... will attract the audiences. Nadhiya, Naresh, and Praveen have ably supported.

Analysis

The real test for a director is to embellish a time-tested story with a gripping narration, right dosage of comedy, sentiments, and action. In this regard, director Trivikram Srinivas has done quite a good job in bringing out a film that is an average entertainer. However, care could have been taken to sustain the interest that was created in the first half. However, the climax compensates for the otherwise ordinary second half.

What’s there?

The first half is engrossing.
The chemistry between Nithin and the two heroines, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Anupama Parameswaran is amazing.
Music of Mickey J Meyer is one of the highlights of the film.

The dialogues of Trivikram is worth applause.
