1. Dil Se (1998)

Apart from Preity Zinta's cinematic debut, Dil Se was the third installment in Mani Ratnam's trilogy of terror flicks. The movie received the Netpac Award at the 1999 Berlin International Film Festival. It won awards for cinematography and script at the Era New Horizons Film Festival and the Helsinki International Film Festival. In addition to receiving critical praise, the film performed exceptionally well at the box office in the United States and the United Kingdom.

2. Devdas (2002)
