It is a story about two men Vinnie Verducci and Bobby Grasso being roommates who share the same apartment in Chicago, the Unites States of America, which Vinnie used to share with his dad Charlie (Joseph Bologna) in the past. Vinnie is un - employed and lazy even to care for his cat who ran away but thinks himself as extremely handsome and good looking, as a gift of the almighty to the women of the earth, whereas Bobby, on the other hand, is a construction site worker during the day and attends classes at the Dick Butkus Community College at night trying to recuperate his life.
