For every person, it is an honour to serve his country. It doesn't matter how you serve it, if your work is somehow beneficial for your state, then it is something to be proud about. Stimpy and Ren plan to join the army and serve the nation. They take it as a game, not knowing what happens once you take part in it. They have to deal with various hurdles along the path to impress their Serjeant. After great difficulty, they manage to impress their captain and end up entering into a war. 

The Powdered Toastman saves a kitten from a mishap and rescues the Holy Pope from the evil Muddy Mudskipper. Toastman also serves the two kids a delicious breakfast. If all this wasn't enough, he also helped the President deal with a shameful bathroom problem. Kids do not like to brush their teeth, and Ren is no exception. Months go by, and he doesn't brush his teeth. As a result, his teeth start falling from his mouth. No able to see his pain, Stimpy comes with a brilliant idea to save his falling teeth. Ren decides to keep his broken teeth under his pillows.

He believes that a tooth fairy will come and put a hundred bucks under his pillow. Unfortunately, the tooth fairy is all out of hundred dollar bills. It doesn't matter because of Stimpy, being the great friend he is, gives him his over-sized tooth, which he can trade for a hundred dollars. News friends are in town, and they need somebody to hang out around the town. These two would make the perfect couple for hang out and chill in the town. Ren and Stimpy are in need of money.

Everybody in the town knows them well, and none of them is willing to offer them any job. Ren comes up with a brilliant idea to manufacture nipples, which are solely made rubber, something for men to play with in their free time. They try to sell these nipples to various people, but none of them is willing to buy it because of its high price. Ren’s cousin is in town, and he wants to give him a surprise visit. All of his life, Ren thought that his cousin was the most brilliant man in the family.

After he visits his house, he realises that his cousin is idiotic and behaves more like his friend, Stimpy. Although they fight a lot with each other, they are the best example of friendship. It is a kids shoe from the 90’s, and some scenes were deemed to be violent for kids and had to be deleted.
