Ardhangani is a popular Hindi Television serial. The show aired on Zee Television. The concept of the show to show how Beauty turned into a curve. From 29 October 2007 to 20 March 2008. The serial started on a high note and colluded on the death of Kangana's character. The show includes 84 episodes and one season. Jay Mehta and Kinnari Mehta were the production team of the show. The base of the story was related to the girl known as Kangana. She belongs to a traditional simple family. She is someone who is having Beauty with brains.

She was exceptionally well in knowing that she wants his life partner not only see her outer beauty but also admire Home and respect her in all aspect. When her beauty comes into another face then my life changed forever beauty changed into curves. Kangana's family was jealous of her beauty, they try to destroy her happiness in every aspect of life. Than Kangana's childhood friend named Priyam came back from the United States of America and from than their love story starts.

Kangana started moving Priyam, as he is having all quantities which were Kangana was searching for. For Kangana, he was her Prince Charming. Within no time they get married to each other and from there the new part of the story starts. Her marriage comes up with the new chapter of her beautiful life. After marriage life was not so easy for her as life comes with new twist and turns. Her marriage life was also not easy and straightforward as she thought of. Problems in her life arrived because of her beauty.

Priyam cannot digest this fact that Kangana is more appreciated for her looks and features than him. As now she was more in demand and with the every passing day, Priyam's insecurities about Kangana starts growing. Moreover, the insecurities rose so much that he started accusing Kangana for having an affair with his best friend named Nivaan. Priyam starts keeping a check on her. He always makes sure that where so ever she goes, she must be in contact with him. His accusation increased so much that he even raised his hand over her. Not even that he even gave her permanent scar to her face to diminish her beauty value. At the end of the show, Kangana committed suicide as she was raped and she did not want to become ashamed for her family and Priyam.
