This is a reality show which is aired by MTV India. The show is all about finding love but in the dark. This is an interesting concept which is based on a foreign dating show, Dutch, called Daten in het Donker, which means Dating in the dark. This reality show is in series, and as stared this year (2018). It had its premiere on 8th June 2018 and is aired every Friday night. It is directed by Nishant Naik, and is hosted by Nora Fatehi.
The production company is Banijay Asia. The concept is that the contestants, one boy, and one girl are to go in a dark room called the Black Box. There are three guys, and three girls who have to go into the dark room at the same time. Every guy will meet every girl, their skills and likes are matched, and then they are sent on a date.
The interesting part comes when only the girls get to decide who they want to go on a further date wit. When this happens, they get to see each other for the first time. The LOVE, AT FIRST SIGHT, comes when each guy gets to choose a girl and vice versa. This is an interesting concept and many enrollments are seen on the show. This is kind of an adult show, and viewer’s discretion is required.
