Hum Paanch literally means ‘five of us’. Hum Paanch Season 1 is a comedy TV series based on the lives of a father who always seems to be in trouble because of his five daughters. It was one of the most popular TV series during its time. The show ran for two seasons. First one was aired in 1995 which continued till 1999 and the second one from 2005-2006.

Meenakshi is portrayed as a feminist who can’t tolerate a single offending word against women. The serial was aired on Zee TV which turned out to be a great hit among viewers.
