Jeete Hain Jiske Liye is a daily soap which is broadcast on Sony TV at 10:30 PM every weekday. The production house behind this show is DJ Creations. They made other acclaimed shows such as JassiJaisi Koi Nahin, Left Right Left. These shows were popular amidst the viewers. They showed some refined acting and stories. The show featured Renuka Shahane, who returned to TV serials after a long time. She had taken a break after becoming a mother, and this show was her comeback to the television screen.

Jeete Hain Jiske Liye is a very intense show with a heartrending story. It is the story of a mother, Anjali. She faces a painful trial for more than two decades without losing hope. The most challenging aspect for Anjali is to get back in touch with her kids. These children grew up not knowing her and thinking she died in their infancy. However, a lot of Aman’s family members are unhappy with the marriage and dislike Anjali. She is also unable to conceive despite their best efforts. This becomes a talking point in the household. To add to her troubles, we see her sister in law, Avni. Pooja Ghai performs the character of Avni. Avni had fallen in love with Aman, however after Anjali came into the scene, she was unable to marry him. She ends up marrying Aman’s younger brother instead. She continues to plot and scheme to get Aman back. In doing so, she tries to harm Anjali in many ways.

The show generated a huge emotional connect with the audiences. This is more so because, at the core of it, the story is that of a mother. A mother, who is trying to get together with her children, and keep them away from any harm.

In spite of all the positives, the show failed to do very well and had to foreclose before its completion. Even though the show boasted of a brilliant cast, they were not given the chance to explore their characters completely. The script too veered off into difficult to believe directions. The big loopholes in the story made the show’s recovery very hard.
