Meri Baat, a talk show, broadcasted on DD Bharati. The hour-long interactive talk show aired from Wednesday to Sunday. It was a live phone-in show. Delhi Public School Society and DD Bharati produced it. Parents and students, who participated in the show, got the chance to interact with the panelists including psychologists, and educationists. The concept of the show developed when the national broadcaster held a session with representatives of different schools, to create required software for children. With time, five segments of the show evolved. They are:

Meri Baat Sabki Baat: It had the aim to form a general opinion on affairs affecting the youth.

Aamne Saamne: It had a public debate on issues regarding lives of young people and meaningful solutions to those issues.

Baatein Padhai Ki: It was a helpline, an academic helpline, where subject experts who were having experience, answer queries.

Nai Dishayen Nai Manzilein: It was the type of a guidance program where career counseling has given to school students and also about higher education.

The phone came through a toll-free line from all parts of the country as the makers wanted to include all the children, not only of public schools and convents, even those who were not receiving any formal education. The popularity of the show went to such an extent that even then President APJ Abdul Kalam had shown his interest to participate in the show.

Tanvi Gogia: She is a professional anchor. She first anchored an entertainment news show for NDTV Goodtimes, called “Cut.” Then she anchored “This Delhi Life” on NDTV Metronation, “Fourth Umpire” on DD National, “TANGO” which was a one-hour breakfast show, “TOP DRIVE” which was a show on automobiles, ”MERI BAAT” which was a Live Talk show for Children, and “FOOTLOOSE” which was a music programme. She has also acted in a bi-lingual fiction series called “The Call Centre” for NDTV in 2006.
