Peeli Aandhi Hindi tv-serials on DOORDARSHAN
Written By - Team Nettv4u

This serial opens the layer in front of the viewer, the untouched aspect of Marwari society. The plot revolves around two different time periods (before and after independence).

Moving towards the plot of the serial, before independence, Seth Gurmukhadasji of Sujangarh (Rajasthan) travels from Rungta's mansion to 'Rungta House' in Kolkata. Before independence, the present Rajasthan was divided into several princely states. The head of the princely state was the king. The clan of the king was called Rajwara. Terror was spread in every corner and in such a situation where the general public could not go anywhere even though being exploited.

After independence, Madho earns money by sweating day and night with complete devotion. He completes the difficult journey from a simple job to become a millionaire businessman. Madho's younger brother, Sanwar, is immersed in data enjoyment and Madho's accountant Pannalal Surana works with complete honesty even after the death of the owner (Madho). Padmavati (Madho's wife) takes care of the children of her brother-in-law along with her kids.

No one has been able to know what is in Padmavati's mind. She is unable to move forward even after falling in love with Suranaji. She used to have discipline at home. She never let her sorrow, buried in the layers of her mind, to become evident. Ko Lang, a traveler, returns home to the abandoned daughter-in-law and receives the last drop of water from her hand. The women of Rungta House considers this as her own happiness. At the same time, Bahu Soma feels happier at the house of an ordinary professor, abandoning a convenient life for his love.

Padmavati is neither able to move forward nor backward from her place. She has her own mindset, which she has been a victim of. When Soma breaks out this rule and comes out, the ego of the man arises. They reinforce the misbelief that woman needs complete dedication towards the house. It basically refers to the patriarchal society, in which some women try to raise their voices and the consequences they need to go through.
