The plot of the program revolves around a girl whose name is Diya. Diya's father works for a royal family.

Due to destiny and some weird situations, the royal family for which Diya's dad works entrust her with the responsibility of taking care of the young prince of the kins, whose name is Ratan Harshwardhan Singh. He is only a ten-year-old boy. Later, this adolescent will fall in love with Diya. Besides the prince, another man of Diya's age will also fall in love with her which will result in a love triangle. How will this change the dynamics of her relationship with the prince? How will their love story shape up? What will happen to them? Who will Diya love and who will she choose?

Will her fate be tied with the prince or will she forgo him for a man her age? The answers to all these questions form the crux of the story. Tejaswi Prakash, who last enthralled the audience as Ragini, a loving sister who later turns vile to win over her lover, who loves her sister, in the show Swaragini will be seen playing the role of Diya. Afraan Khan, a child actor, will essay the role of Ratan Harshwardhan Singh. Suyyash Rai, who made his debut in Ekta Kapoor's fictional love story named ‘Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahaani’ as a werewolf, will play the other man who falls in love with Diya.
