This television program is targeted at the young generation of India. Twist Wala Love is in Hindi and caters to the Hindi speaking crowd in India. Twist Wala Love is aired on the teen favourite, Channel V. The main concept of this television program is to show various love stories with a twist. In the first season, the stories were about the younger generations; each love story had a twist. In the second season, the love stories progress onto classic fairy tales all that carry twists with them. These fairy tales are all created to fit into the new generation.

The television show is a romantic drama with turns in its plots. This television show is under the producer Kabir Sadanand of the production house Frog Unlimited. Its first episode of season 2 was released on September 14, 2015. Twist Wala Love – Fairy Tales Season 2 is shown every Monday to Saturday at 6:00 PM. In the first episode of the season, we see the beginning of a love triangle. It takes place in a medical college with all the protagonists learning medicine. On one side there are two good friends Urvashi and Rahil.

Both Urvashi and Rahil are from wealthy backgrounds. Urvashi is the typical popular rich kid who dominates the rest of her friends. Urvashi is hands down in love with Rahil but does not choose to disclose her feelings as she is waiting for him to declare his love for her firs. In comes Ria, a junior to both Urvashi and Rahil in college. Ria’s outspoken nature and her carefree personality attracts Rahil. Ria immediately gets on the wrong side of Urvashi for standing up to her when she tries to show her authority over the other students.

In the second episode, Rahil expresses his admiration for Ria in the college’s annual fresher’s party. She starts growing fondness for Rahil but is doubtful about the truthfulness behind his words. She doesn’t think he can be loyal to her. Ria also is uncertain and hesitant about Rahil’s friendship with Urvashi. He does everything he can to prove his loyalty towards her. There come many obstacles in the way of their relationship, especially Urvashi, but they overcome these obstacles. These cute love stories are meant to be watched for a light-hearted drama and is for anyone of any age.
