Channel V, which is known for shows and serials based on youngsters lives, has taken a step ahead by airing U R Fired: Kal Se Mat Anaa, a very new type of reality show for the first time on Indian Television. Each episode of this show consists of three rounds: Open challenge, Fired round, and Torture round. It is a kind of show which is not only entertaining, but it also gives you a reason to laugh with some real talks and irritation. In each episode of this show, two contestants will participate in the fired round and will try every tactic to make their manager angry so that he can fire them within 3 hours. The contestant who gets fired first will be declared as the winner of the episode.

In the first episode of this show, all the candidates are introduced to VJ Andy, who gives them a task in which they have to compete with other as it is an open challenge. They are supposed to openly strip out people shirts on the road. Arpit and Kashyap being the winners of this round make it to the next round. 

The show host Andy talks to the area manager of Loot and the winners of the previous task were hired to work in a showroom of clothes and sandals for three hours. They have to irritate the manager to get fired. In the end, Kashyap gets fired first and will be announced as the winner of that round.
