is a comedy prank entertainment television show. Prank shows became popular in the late 90s and then started airing on television due to their popularity. Soon these pranks show made its way to India and produced many great shows that enjoyed a great run on television and Comedy Time is one such show. In the show, there is a host who calls unknown people and pranks them by mimicking as different personalities such as a distant relative or something. This gives enough kick to the audience and everyone has a little bit of fun. The show Comedy Time is hosted by Ganesh. Ganesh is a very popular actor and television presenter in the Kannada film industry. The show Comedy Time aired on the popular Kannada language channel Udaya TV and was very successful because of the format as well as Ganesh’s spontaneity as a presenter. The show was so successful that ultimately the producers were compelled to renew the show for a second season which again was hosted by Ganesh and was very successful.
