Hara Hara Mahadev is the Kannada dubbed version of the Life Ok Channel's Hindi serial - Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. Besides Kannada, it is also dubbed in various languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Telugu, Assamese, Oriya, Indonesian and Marathi. C.L. Saini,
Brij Mohan Pandey, Koel Chaudhary,
Mihir Bhuta, Dr. Bodhisattva, Bhavna Vyas, Manoj Tripathi,
Utkarsh Naithani, and Subrat Sinha, all collaborated as the writers of the show. Manish Singh, Govind Agrawal, Satish Bhargav,
Nikhil Sinha, and Ismail Umarr Khan are the directors of the serial. Aniruddh Pathak, Nitin Shukla, Animesh Verma, Hiten Ganatra, and Prangshu P Ghosh, all worked as the creative directors.
Nikhil Sinha is the co-producer while

Inder Bawra are the music composers of the various theme songs which the makers utilized throughout the entire course of the show. Ritoo Jenjani is the hand behind the makeup of the several artists playing the myriad characters. It is a mythological drama, portraying the life and adventures of the Hindu God and the father of Lord Ganesh, Shiva. It showcases diverse aspects of Lord Shiva, right from his first marriage to Devi Sati to his second marriage to Devi Parvati.
It also shows the struggles, both Devi Sati and Devi Parvati, had to endure to impress Lord Shiva and seek his approval to get married to him. Devi Sati also had to face the opposition from her father. But she overcame it. However, she dies and hence Lord Shiva, after much convincing, gets married to Lord Parvati. The show thereon chronicles the obstacles that the couple faced. It also displays the story of the numerous births that Lord Shiva had to take to kill various demons and solve the problems of Gods and men alike. The highlight of the program was the episode wherein, Devi Parvati loses her cool and transforms into Kali Ma and kills a demon named Raktabija who was notorious for abducting women.
Sonarika Bhadoria, and
Mouni Roy play the principle characters of Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and Goddess Sati respectively. Besides this, they also played many avatars of the aforementioned Gods.
Saurabh Raj Jain and
Radha Krishna Dutt essayed the role of Lord Visnu and Lord Brahma. Actress Pooja Bose replaced Sonarika Bhadoria, who in turn is also replaced by
Suhasi Goradia Dhami. It has a total of eight hundred and twenty chapters. This serial is currently running on the Suvarna TV Channel.
