Kannada Tv Serial Sindhoora

Sindhoora is a Kannada serial based on the fictional life story of two sisters. It airs on Star Survana from Monday to Friday at 10:00 pm (IST). The first episode of this serial was aired on Monday, 20^th March 2017. This serial is directed by Sakrebayali Srinivas.

This serial is based around the life of two sisters named Suma and Swathi, and how they face adversities in life. Suma is the elder sister, while Swathi is the younger sister, and both are brave and fierce. Suma’s role is played by the actress Soumyalatha and Swathi’s role is played by the actress Bhumika Prakash. Both the sisters share a very strong bond with each other. They lose their mother in a car accident at a very young age. Since then, they have been living alone, helping and supporting each other. As grown adults now, they embark on a journey to establish themselves and look for a job to improve their lives. They both get adopted by a woman named Sarala, who helps them a lot in achieving their goals and protects them like her own daughters.

Swathi falls in love with Preetham, younger son of the bigshot Rajeshwari. Preetham’s role is played by the actor Vijay Gowda. Rajeshwari is very egoistic and evil. She thinks she owns this world and is cruel towards everyone. She hates both the sisters and also conspires to get her son, Preetham, away from Swathi. She wants to destroy the lives of both the sisters. 

Rajeshwari starts humiliating the elder sister, Suma, as a means to devastate the lives of both the sisters and get them away from her family while being a good person in the eyes of her sons by executing her plans in secret. However, every time she does something awful, Suma and Swathi both bounce back together. Later, Suma falls in love with Gourav, elder son of Rajeshwari. Gourav’s role is played by the actor Gowtham Ghatke.  Gourav is very fond of Suma and appreciates who she is. Rajeshwari is even more pissed than ever. Preetham marries Swathi and Gourav marries Suma, however, Rajeshwari continues with her cheap tricks to set both the couples apart.

Sindhoora was an instant hit as and when this serial came out. This serial has eight seasons, with over 900 episodes completed. It packs a very unique storyline and is loved by viewers.
