As evident from the name of the serial Vani Rani is the story of two sisters Vani and Rani who are identical twins. But apart from their looks, nothing is quite common between them. In terms of nature, character and personality Vani and Rani are poles apart. Vani is a highly educated attorney and confident, fiery woman whereas, Rani is a not so good in education and has not studied beyond the tenth standard and is a timid and homely girl who is also very much loving, caring and affectionate and always helps the needy and loves her family very much and considers them as her main strength. Incidentally, both the sisters get married in the same family to two brothers. The story revolves around their gradually changing lives and relationships post marriage. The serial became immensely popular due to its interesting and catchy storyline and actress Radhika Sarathkumar’s power pact acting performance.
