Sadhguru Sagaram is a God show, which is telecasted on Asianet TV. During the half an hour show, you see people doing various rituals at an ashram. There are thousands of people who will flock to the ashram to do the rituals and have their wishes fulfilled. One reason for many people to visit is to achieve inner peace. India is the land of many Gods. All around the world, India is famous for various rituals which supposedly helps in furthering the superstitious beliefs. Many tourists visit the country to see what it is like and experience peace.

They want to move away from all the negative energy which is surrounding them. Men are wearing the traditional white dress as they carry alms which will be presented to the Gods. There is a huge sacred fire in the middle of the ground, which has been kept alive by throwing logs at it. The main Pandit sits in front of the sacred fire on a chair. He is surrounded by his entourage who are wearing the same white traditional dress. Many people who hold high powers in the society come to visit the place. They are all interviewed. The Chairman of the Karnataka Legislative Council is one such example.

They were asked about why they have come here, what attracts them to the place and how was their experience. They talk about their beliefs and how they would pray for the betterment of the world. Even foreigners come in large numbers to be a part of the process. They are shown to be wearing the traditional white dress and performing yoga. You can watch the people of the ashram being interviewed by other people. They explain the importance of the rituals taking place, how it will have an effect on the lives of people. Hymns and songs are sung during the show. There are many volunteers who take part in the rituals, and they live in the ashram. They are shown sharing their views and how happy they are to be a part of it. Interviews are conducted near the sacred fire or out in the open. It is a wellness place, where people come to discover their inner self.
