Malayalam Tv Show Taste Of Kerala

After the successful launch of the channel, the executive producer had decided to come up with the new show to commemorate the success of the journey of one year. The title was Taste of Kerala. It was a premiere cooking event from every part of the world including the studios or sets or houses or hotels in and around the State of Kerala. It was the first of its kind when compared with the other competitors. It was to be broadcasted at Sundays from the post noon 12.30 and ends at 1.00 P. M from July 22.

The Finalist of the show for the young mothers in the State called Vanita Ratnam and one of the casts of the cinemas like Violin, Mulla, and Ghost House, Mrs Reena Basheer was decided to be the anchor cum chef of the event. This year the series had been taken to a different level. The locations were very exotic and not so popular areas in the Kerala. A resort at such places has been chosen. There was a complete integration of the lifestyle, culture, geography, and festivals of the localities there. Along with this, the culinary activities had been carried on.

The notable aroma was accompanied by the beautiful sceneries at the background thereby providing a visual as well as sensual treats to the individuals. The very first shot has taken at the Iddukki district. The luckiest resort was above 3500 meters sea level. It was named as Misty Mountain Plantation Resort and was located at the Kuttukanam region. It has also been surrounded by the Pepper, Coffee, Cardamom, and Vanilla Plantation Gardens. The area was once the heritage property of Travancore Royal family but after the abolition of the Kingship, it was handed over to the Government of Kerala. Now, it has been a private property. There has also been a thick vegetation of tropical trees.

The second episode was at the Tourism Village at the Kumbalangi. It was on the outskirts of Ernakulam. There was a network of water bodies along with the backwater stretches. It was the first model tourism village in the country and had approved by the United Nations organ relating to the development of Education, Society and Culture. It was the abode of the most nutritious rice called as ‘Pokkali’ variant. It was an exotic appeal to the family viewers. It was considered to be one of the prime time stories in the Kerala World.
