In the first round-Multiform round, the contestants will have to showcase their dancing skills by performing various classical forms of dance. The second round- Solo satire round tests their comedy skills , the comedy act must be based on recent political or other social issues which they are required to explain and enact in a humour filled way. The third and the last round persona round-in which the judges assesses each contestant’s personality, intelligence, presence of mind and do their overall personality screening through questions answers session. In each episode one winner is declared generally among four participants. The winner of the grand finale of Vanitha Rathnam is being awarded with 1 crore rupees, a brand new flat worth rupees 75 lakhs.
