The serial is about three people, Raghav, Jadhav and Kalpana, and how they cross each other’s paths after being solely focused on their goals. Kalpi belongs to a poor family. She is the daughter of a housemaid, Kamla, and a mill worker. Her mother works full time at their house, and she has no time for her daughter.

She spends all her time taking care of her master’s daughter, Pakhi Kapoor. Kalpi understands why her mother is doing all this, and this is why she loves her. One day she wants to become successful so that her mother can be proud of her. Raghav is from a rich businessman’s family. When he was a child, Kapoors had killed his father, and they wanted to adopt him so that all his wealth would be transferred to them. It was Kamla who helped him escape, and for that, he is indebted to her.. His only motive in life is to take revenge on the Kapoor family.

He meets Kalpi and falls for her cute love. She also loves him, and they both soon plan to get married. In a surprising turn of events, he ends up marrying pakhi by mistake. He wants to rectify it but can't do so because he had promised his mother that one day he would avenge his father’s death. He takes Kalpi to a temple and performs the ceremonies. Pakhi is angered by his actions. She hires thugs and goons to kidnap Kalpi. Kalpi is kidnapped and put away somewhere in the mountains. Raghav finds the place where Kapli is being held captive and goes to rescue her. Over there, he fights the goons and rescues her.

To escape, he drives the car as fast as he can. Not being able to control the car, Raghav drives it off the cliff. Few fishermen who live nearby manage to rescue Kalpi, but Raghav couldn't be found. In the hospital, Kalpi has no recollection of what has happened. Dhiraj Diwan listens to this conversation and pleads to the doctor to perform plastic surgery on her. After the surgery, she becomes Suhana Diwan who is going to be married to Aryan.
