Kadhalika Neram Illai is a reality tv show that is aired on Sun Life. Kadhalika Neram Illai show started in 2018 and was aired once a week for one hour. The show had four rounds. In the first round, they were judged by their performances and the coordination they had during the given task. For example, in one of the episodes, they had to pluck an apple from a hook by using their mouth and then they had to reach a destination by keeping the apple in their mouth. In 2 minutes, the couple who got the most apples were chosen as the winner.

In the next segment, they asked each couple to list each other's favorite things, sometimes to list their favorite movie, food, color, and other things. The couple who got most matches got an advantage for the next round. Sometimes they asked these contestants to name each other's relatives' names.

In another segment, they were judged by their coordination in strength. The male partner had to lift the female partner who had to eat the Jalebies hanging above their head in a limited time. Whoever eats the most jalebis in less time would get the advantage to do best in the next round.
