Annai Mozhi Arivom is a Tamil program that was aired on Makkal TV. The show is about Tamil, which is one of the oldest languages of the world. In the show, Professor M. Nannan, who is an educationist, bureaucrat and a lecturer in Presidency College, Chennai, teaches various facets and aspects of Tamil. Nannan is also a Tamil enthusiast. He loved the language and thought that it was not being given as much importance as it should have been. Annai Mozhi Arivom translates to ‘knowing your language’ in English.
