They mainly hate female class which becomes the key issue of concern for their future together. But somehow, they all consent for the marriage of Tej and Toasty.

As soon as they get married, Toasty realises that she has to play the position of a warden for the seven men in the house and also accepts the family with all of her heart. She tries to solve troubles of each person. Soon she comes to know that the wife of Tej’s Elder brother was misled by her mother, and that became the reason of her leaving the house. She tries to resolve the problems between the two. Toasty also helps in the marriage of one of her best friend Nitika and Tej’s elder brother Ved. On the other hand, there is a serious fight between Tej and Pashu over the family business. Hence, Tej decides to move out of the business and forms a business of his own. He finally succeeds in this procedure but later the family gets cheated by a greedy man and the family starts facing a lot of financial issues.

All the males of the house move out in search of some job to earn money and after some time the crisis resolves and the financial condition stabilises again. As the story moves towards the end, Toasty comes to know that she is suffering from brain tumour, and hence she starts getting away from everyone’s lives. She tries to substitute herself with her friend Smiley, and when the problem increases, she decides to leave the house and informs all the members, through her mother that she was dead because of the disease. The family goes into shock, but Smiley manages the family well. Smiley and Tej come to the decision to get married as Toasty wanted it but Tej comes to know that Toasty has not died. Smiley and Tej look for Toasty and finally they find her and promise her the finest treatment.

At the end, Tej and Toasty marry once again. The show received a lot of appreciation from the audience for its different plot and the lovers of Comedy and Drama widely cherished the show. The serial was also awarded as “the best fiction series” in the year 2011.
