Season 2’ was aired on Zee Telugu channel. The first episode was telecast on December 16, 2010. It was a comedy series with five friends that had the jokes and which were in the kind of comic nature. Above all, it was too much like a typical family sitcom. In the later session, episodes after episodes, it started to get really funny. It was the best sitcom to go on air in Zee Telugu. Happy Days (Season-1 and Season -2) was also cruising along at the top of the ratings, viewers were happy that Happy Days got the second chance.

The main concept of the story is how different the ideas and behaviors of college going students are and how they manage to get in and out of the troubles that they create for themselves. Manchu Vishnu has started his venture into television by directing the 100th episode of Zee Telugu's serial named Happy Days.
The episode went on to achieve the highest TRP ratings among the 700 episodes part of the series. After the first session (Happy Days) which got telecast in the year 2009 and concluded in 2010, the seaons-2 was aired immediately due to public demand. The 24 Frames film production company is based in Hyderabad. Manchu Vishnu heads the 24 Frames Production House and has produced and directed many talk shows later for television channels.
