At Hooli, Gavin tries a new approach for damage control, and important changes in the horizon were observed by the Big Head. In the next episode, Dinesh and Gilfoyle are very positive towards the new Pied Piper; But Richard Furious isn’t so sure about him. Gavin on the other hand makes a risky move. The third episode talks about Dinesh’s recent purchase, it attracted unwanted attention.

Gilfoyle on the other hand deals with head-hunters. Richard looks for an alternate path. On the next episode, Elrich comes out with a new competition; the employees at Pied Piper had hard time giving less that they are requested. Richard’s ego is so bad that comes in between during an interview. Elrich was on his track of pitching for the Big Head. Dinesh, Gilfoyle and Jared lost their track of hardware.

The next episode covers the new relationship of Richard that is ruined because of his neurosis (a mental illness, accompanied with the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression). Big Head and Erlich launched a part that went amiss; Dinesh is so much attracted to the foreign co-worker, that he started going crazy for her.

In the seventh episode, the Pied Piper releases a beta version and it got unexpected reception. Nucleus team started to progress well, that they tackled a difficult challenge from Gavin. The eighth episode is about how Elrich tries to be honest with Richard Furious, while they had a dilemma about the Pied piper and their friendship.Meanwhile, Jared's new company apparel is noticed but sparks yet another friction between Dinesh and Gilfoyle.

In the next episode, Richard Furious is exposed to shocking stats but Jared has to go to extremes to keep everything to go in pace. Gavin tries to bring in the former glory by bringing in new talents from discovering secrets about the competition.

The third season’s finale came to an end, with the Pied Piper’s future that went fuzzy. Elrich’s industry profile begins to rise and it sparked a moral confusion for Richard as Dinesh’s new app garners more attention. Laurie makes plan for her exit and Gavin’s personality haunts him.
