The story revolves around Aditya Pratap Singh’s family who is the IPS office of Anand Nagar , her Wife Jaya gynecologist , their daughter Karishma, who is a bubbly and innocent girl loves Dhruv , everyone ‘s life was going so well , But when Aditya know the crime of Mayor Bhandari he exposed him, this annoyed him and Bhandari and his wife decided to punish Aditya. They plot against Karishma, Bhandari’s son Nikhil was in the same collage with Karishma they take some photographs of Nikhil and Karishma and gave to the press, they portrayed as Karishma and Nikhil have an intimate relationship. Then they offer Nikhil and Karishma’ s marriage to Aditya and he rejects but his wife and Karishma couldn’t resist the pressure of Society and accepted the offer then Karishma’s trouble starts her in-laws and Nikhil insult her all the time and tortured her by giving extra house work. Also As a father of daughter Bhandari wants a favour from Aditya which he refused, then they start more torturing Karishma. But in end Karishma retaliate and take revenge of every pain given by her in-laws.
The show was a big hit and won so many awards.
