Sreedevi Anil is a Malayalam origin actress. Sreedevi Anil is also known for her TV serials in Malayali. Sreedevi Anil had started her career as a side actress in a Malayalam daily soap. The director of the show has introduced her to his colleagues, and one of them had signed her for his serial. With the advent of the show, she had already gained popularity through the trailers of the show. People were waiting to watch her on screen. This TV serial gave Sreedevi Anil a major break and took her straight to the Malayalam Film Industry. Anil’s work and performance were well applauded by the film critics, taking her to a new level of success every time. Sreedevi has always rendered herself to be a resilient personality. She is self-motivated and is disciplined. Her work is her priority.

Sumi Santhosh is a Malayalam serial actress, who acted in many tele-serials starting from her debut role in 'SthreeJanmam'. Sumi became popular among audiences from her role in R. Gopinath directed 'Angadipaattu' which was aired by DD Malayalam. Sumi was the lead role in this serial with the character name 'Aryanandha'. 'Angadi Pattu' was few among big success of serials that was aired by Doordarshan.
Sumi acted in 'Guruvayoorappan' serial as Radha, which gained her much publicity among the audience in Kerala. Also, she won the best actress award for the Tele-Film 'Commercial Break' in the year 2002. Soon after she got married to stage actor and serial producer Santhosh. Sumi took a year gap after marriage and came back with few more serials acted. 'Avakasikal' by Suresh Unnithan was a major success on Sumi's career after her return to cine career. Soon, she did 'Chakkara Bharani' a comedy telecast for Surya TV. She did a cameo on Actor Dileep's comedy entertainer movie 'Karyasthan'.
Sumi's son Kiran aged six already started his career in acting in few serials. He made his debut with 'Omanathinkal Pakshi' on Asianet at the age of three. Soon after with 'Swamy Ayyappan' which got much applause. Sumi is currently shooting with serial 'Amma' that is airing in Asianet at prime time.

Reshmi Soman is a famous Malayalam film and television actress. P. T. Kunju Muhammed spotted her in a dance event, and after that, she was introduced in the Malayalam film, Magrib in the year 1993, while she was still in Class VI. After that, she started doing notable roles in films like Ishtamanu Nooru Vattam in 1996, Varnapakittu in 1997, and Ennu Swantham Janakikutty in 1998. Later on, she went on doing television serials. She was featured in Doordarshan’s TV series entitled Hari. Popular actor Madhu saw her in Varnapakittu and offered her a role in Hari. The actress then appeared in many television serials like Thaali on Surya TV, Akshayapathram, Bharya, Sapatni, Makalude Amma, and Akkarapacha, which gained her more popularity. She also appeared in Mammootty’s starrer film, Arayannangalude Veedu, and the Malayalam film, Sradha, in 2000.

Sajitha Betti is a popular Malayalam film actress and Tv serial artist. She entered into Malayalam film industry through the movie “Thenkasipattanam” which is a Malayalam Comedy film directed by Rafi Mecartin, which released in the year 2000. The movie has an ensemble cast who are leading Malayalam actors. Sajitha acted as the heroine cousin sister in the movie. The movie became an all-time hit in both the theatre and box office. It was one of the high grossing movie of that particular year. The movie was remade to Tamil, Telugu and also to Kannada.
Sajitha showed her presence in many Malayalam movie through small roles. But she was lucky enough to be part of the super-hit movie. Her another movie was “seniors” which was a Malayalam comedy mystery 2011 movie directed by Vyshakh. The movie was box office hit, and though small, Sajitha’s character had its importance throughout the movie. She appeared in a few Malayalam movies more including “Mayamohini” and “Mr.Marumakan.
She has also acted in many Malayalam albums and is still doing small roles in serials. She has been a part of many Malayalam and Tamil Mega-serials in small roles. But her real breakthrough was the character in the mega-serial “Ammakili” which was telecasted in Asianet. The serial started rolling on April 2001 and it was the story of a mother and her three loving daughters. It was directed by Faisal Adimali.

5. Ranjini
Ranjini is a famous, popular and successful actress who is known for her commendable performances for essaying challenging roles in both commercially successful and critically acclaimed Malayalam and Tamil movies. Actress Ranjini, whose real name is Sashi Selvaraj was born in the year 1970 to the Singapore based Keralite parents Selvaraj and Lily Selvaraj in Singapore, who are originally from Tirunelveli, Kerala, India. Ranjini aimed from childhood to make her mark and her career in the corporate world but destiny had something else planned for her. She was spotted by director P. Bharathiraja, who was a friend of Ranjini’s father and she made her debut in the year 1985 in his Tamil film Mutha Mariyathai, which went to be critically acclaimed film and Sasha Selvaraj a .k.a Rajini's performances was well appreciated. Though initially Ranjini shifted to India taking a short break from her studies hoping to return to Singapore after the shoot was over, after her first film released, acting offers came pouring in and she thought to give acting a serious try. It is during this time, director P. Bharathiraja, changed her name and renamed her as Ranjini which was a more befitting name for an actress. The acting duo of Mohanlal and Ranjini are considered as the golden couple of the Malayalam cinema as this duo delivered back to back commercially as well as critically acclaimed Malayalam movies. Some of the successful Malayalam movies in which Ranjini starred are-Swathi Thirunal, Chithram, directed by Priyadarshan which went on to become Box office blockbuster, Orukkam, Mukunthetta Sumitra Vikkunnu among others. She also featured in many successful Tamil and Telugu films also. In the year 1993, after acting in the movie Customs Diary, Ranjini quit movies at the peak of her career and went back to Singapore to complete her studies and went to get her degree in credit management from London and later a law degree and became a graduate lawyer. Ranjini a.k.a Sasha Selvaraj worked with BBC also for a short while and is currently married to Keralian businessman Pierre Kombara and is working as a joint director in an overseas education institute in Kochi, Kerala. Ranjini made her comeback in the Malayalam Movie Industry after a hiatus of almost two decades with Malayalam film Koothara directed by director Srinath Rajendran which released on February 9, 2014.

Jayakumar Bhavachithra is an Indian Producer, predominantly working in the Malayalam Industry; he worked with many Serials shows, some of which are “Suryakanthi - Mazhavil Manorama,” “Parasparam,” “Neelakkuyil,” “Kumkumappoovu,” “Kallukondoru Pennu,” “Chandanamazha,” and “Aksharathettu.” Out of his above-listed works, Jayakumar’s most famous project is “Parasparam,” which aired on Television from 2013 to 2018. It is an official remake of star Plus’ serial, “Diya Aur Baati Hum.” It had around 1500 episodes, making it the longest ran soap opera of the Malayalam industry.

Yadhu Krishnan is an actor in Malayalam cinema industry and tele serial industry. He was born and brought up in Trivandrum. He debuted his acting career as a child artist in a film Vivahithare Ithile directed by Balachandra Menon in 1986. Then he acted in many films like Nilakurinhi Poothappol (1986), Unnikale Oru Kadha Parayam (1987), , Sreedharante Onnam Thirumurivu (1987). He is remembered for his role of Monukuttan in Sanmanassulavarkku Samadhanam (1987) and Rameshan , Mohanlal’s little brother, in Kireedam (1989) as a child artist. He was also part of Chenkol (1993), the sequel of Kireedam. He also played the character role of Sethurama Iyyer, brother-in-law of Kavya Madahavan, in director Kamal’s Perumazhakkalam (2004) and a small role in Shafi’s Thommanum Makkalum (2005). He has done good characters in some offbeat movies like director Snehajith’s Scene No.001 (2011) and director Vijayakrishnan’s Umma (2011)
He became popular as an actor in teleserials.His debut serial was AD 2000 by director Satheesh Ananthapuri in Doordarshan in which, Yadhu paired with Actress Manjusha. He did many serials since then. His role in the serial Indraneelam on Surya TV, directed by Arun , Yadu played the important role of character Hari. He also played a good role in Sanjeev Sivan’s Veera Marthanda Varma on Surya TV. He has played the negative character of Adarsh (Jithin’s son in law) in the recently completed popular mega serial Kungumappovu on Asianet. Most of his roles are negative, but he won best character award from Asianet in 2009 for a teleserial Malayogam directed by Shiva Mohan Thampi. In Malayogam, he played the lead positive role as Madhavankutty. He is also playing important characters in serial Chandrodayam on Doordarshan and Kadhanayika on Surya TV. Yadhu Krishnan has been hosting the programme Thiranottam, on Asianet Cable Vision channel, based on Superstar Mohanlal acting career and the program completed almost 350 episodes. He is also anchoring the Friday morning phone in programme American Cafe on Kairali channel since 2011.
Yadhu was trained classical dancer like Kathakali and Mohiniattam in his school days for 12 years and won many prizes in dance competitions. He got opportunity as child artist in films through this.Yadhu Krishna’s brother Vidhu Krishnan was also a child actor in films, like Mayilpeelikkavu (1998), and acted in some teleserials. Yadhu Krishna’s father is a retired as senior manager from Canara bank. Yadhu Krishnan got married to Lakshmi in 2008 and the couple has a daughter Aradhya, born in 2011.
