Here the health expert, Nutritionist, and Psychiatrist Ms. Sridevi cooks a various variety of dishes in millets. Sujitha is the host of the show. This show airs at the mid-time of 1.45 PM every day. Sridevi cooks two recipes in each program. She says the benefit of the specific millet and also tells the recap of the food at the end of completion of each recipe. The chef cooks all the varieties of dishes in Millets itself. She cooks items like soup, dosa, idly, pakodi, poori, cutlet, Chapatti, Adai, puttu, rolls, chuckle, kanji, pulao, variety rice, biriyani, health powder, pulihora, porridge, tikka, dip, and sweets like laddu, biscuit, cookies, kheer,  smoothie, cake, desserts, somas, sweet kanji, sweet drinks, and beverages, etc. in Finger Millet, Kodo Millet, foxtail millet, little millet, barnyard millet, pearl millet, sorghum, barley, and oats.

She mixes these millets with all the vegetables and dry fruits to make all those dishes. The perfect combination of this millet with fresh cream gives an extra dainty look to the kheer. A combo of the millet with greens gives a crunchy Kurkure and rolls. They also organize different themes for some episodes of the show, such as dosa festivals and diabetic dishes. In the concept of the diabetics, she cooks soup and meals for diabetic patients. They cook rice with a combination of curry leaves. All the vegetables combined with the millets give a well-dressed temptation look, which makes mouthwatering. She advises that millets are great whole grains that compete with the junk foods that are now available. These foods collaborate with our routine and damage our health. The side effects created by these nowadays food style cannot be controlled by the exercise effectively. So, the diet in our daily food is necessary. This show is telecasted for two years to influence the audience with the nutrition compliment.
