The serial aims to present a strong message about inter-familial marriages where the family arranges marriage between the first cousins or in the same bloodline. Due to this, the genetics of the bloodline do not grow as it should be. Eventually, the heirs of the family suffer from genetic disorders. The storyline revolves around one such couple. Armughan & Hafza are husband and wife and also first cousins. Both of them had minor traces of Thalassemia (a genetic defect) in the blood. When their daughter, Fariha, came to the world, she became a patient of Thalassemia. The disease is one of its kind and very critical.

The family was unable to bear the expensive cost of treatment for Fariha’s disease. But in later stages, Fariha finally got saved. She finally found a compatible donor and got a bone marrow transplant from the donor. The show presents stories that are happening around society due to inter-familial marriage. Then, the serial presents a similar story of another family. Irshad Juice Wallah’s grandson Umer battles with the same disease as Fariha. He faces critical issues during the disease. Irshad is a middle-class man and couldn’t afford to treat his grandson Umer. The serial presents many such stories, highlighting how inter-familial marriages are scientifically and medically inconvenient and create more problems than usual marriages.
