The story revolves around a girl named Sanam Khan Sanam Khan is the daughter of yesteryear actress R >> Read More... , also known as Khaani. She is such a simple and cute girl, and she's entirely against the name of Khan. Like she's calm and cowardly. The family is busy in the preparation for her and her twin brother Sarim's birthday party. One day, Sarim and a rich and spoiled brat of a politician named Mir Hadi got into a fight where Hadi shot Sarim 4 times.

Sarim's family filed the case against Hadi, and after that, they started getting threats. She becomes mature and the backbone of her family after her brother's death. Later, she went to jail to meet Hadi and warned him that he would be in prison forever. Later, Hadi went to her house and put the gun on Khaani's head, so her mother signed the maafinama in fear of getting her daughter shot. But Khaani didn't fear the gun, and this thing about her Hadi liked very much. He started liking her and became obsessed with her.

He started following her and wanted to get married to her. He sends love letters to her without the name. She begins to like her admirer, but when she finds that Hadi wrote it, she starts to hate him more. He obsessed with her so much that they had to hide somewhere. Later, she found a job in an office and started working. She met their boss's granddaughter, Raima, and they became friends. Boss's grandson likes and proposes to her, but she refuses his proposal. She still has the nightmare of Hadi.
