Rani Beti Raaj Kare is a Pakistani serial about parents with five daughters and their desire to marry off their daughters successfully and happily. The show’s title, Rani Beti Raaj Kare, expresses the parents’ desire for their lovable daughters to live happily in their in-law's homes. The story revolves around Rifaqat, his wife Guddo, and their three daughters, Haya, Saima, and Uzma. Rahila and Shakeela are Rifaqat's daughters from another wife.

And, after 50 episodes, things are challenging and get things unsure. The story starts with Saima's engagement. Amidst the festivities, there is another household where two girls (Rahila and Shakeela) live in the terror of Jagu Dada (the neighborhood thug). Rifaqat brings his stepdaughters home and invites them to the engagement party. When the guests start questioning Rahila and Shakeela, Rifaqat explains that they are his daughters from another wife, and their mother has died.
