in lead roles. The show presents the major themes of love and religion. The show also portrays a reflection of one of the significant evils in society- discrimination due to religion. People often judge others, not by their heart and personality, but by their cast and religion. The story revolves around Maria, a young kind-hearted girl. Maria’s parents had an intercaste marriage as her father is Muslim, while her mother is a Christian. Despite the fact that she has spent most of her childhood with her Christian mother, she is a bit more inclined towards Islam. She constantly faces discrimination from her aunt and uncle because of her half-Christianity. The storyline also introduces her boss Amar and his brother Danish, along-with his would-be wife.
