Project Head Tops The Production Team
The project head is also known as the production manager. They are also known as film crew heads. They are the ones who are responsible for the overall working of the cast and crew on the film or TV set. While the actors and actresses who appear onscreen are called as the cast, the crews are all the people working on the film backstage.
They are responsible for managing the overall work process as well as the production side of the film or TV show. They look after all the pre and post production work and supervise over the employees under them. A project head is expected to know about the film and the set and what production stage the film is currently in. They must keep a track of the work schedules and see that there are not problems regarding anything on sets.
