Born in 1935, Neeta Sen was a classical vocalist and a music director from Kolkata. Her initial career started from All India Radio, where her main focus was on modern Bengali music. Neeta Sen was the second daughter of Jagadish Bardhan and Abha Bardhan, she had three sisters and a brother. Â
Some of her notable works in music direction are Pahari Phool, Rokto Joba, Golap Bou, Sita, Nandan, and Baba Loknath. Neeta Sen’s commendable skills had made her achieve great success with the films like Baba Tarakanath, Krishna Bhakta Sudhama, and many more. Many legendary singers Â
