Biplab Dasgupta is a Bengali actor who primarily appears in Bengali films. He has been an actor for more than two decades, with his first feature film, Shadows of Time, released in 2004. Biplab graduated from Jadavpur University with a master's degree in English. He's been in both TV movies and theatre productions, and he's even played Macbeth. Working with Soumitra Chatterjee and Naseeruddin Shah in Debotaar Grash in 2019 was one of the pleasures of his professional life, he adds. He has appeared in films such as Feluda (2017), Baishe Srabon (2011), and 89. (2015). Gumnaami, a film based on the enigmatic Gumnaami Baba, is one of his 2019 releases. In the movie, Biplab portrays a lawyer. He is also a well-known elocutionist with a broad understanding of literature, Theatre, and Indian cinema. Not only has he worked in cinema, but he has also worked in television and stage. In 2004, he made his feature film debut with 'SHADOWS OF TIME.' He has appeared in popular mega serials such as "KUASHA JOKHON," "RAAGE ANURAAGE," "SOKHI," "NETAJI," and "CHECKMATE," among others.Â
