Who Do We Approach For This Role?

The extremely important role of the team that takes care of casting is the Casting Associate. Their primary job is to know the scripts thoroughly and communicate with the director to identify all the major and minor roles. Being imaginative, the casting associate creates a mental sketch for every role based on the characteristics mentioned in the script.

The auditions and screen tests are conducted, and all the arrangements for the same are made by the CA. Post the auditions, they sit with Casting Directors to take the final call.
