Aaron Taylor Johnson

Known as Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and as Kick-Ass in the Kick-Ass films, Aaron Johnson started performing at the age of six. He was born to a housewife mother and a civil engineer father, in the town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, on 13 June, 1990.

He has one sister named Gemma. Aaron studied at Holmer Green, Senior School. He picked up his training in the arts of drama, jazz, acrobatics, singing and tap, when he attended the Jackie Palmer Stage School in High Wycombe, during the years of 1996 and 2008.

His name and fame grew with the title character of the movie ‘Kick-Ass’, which is a comic book adaption by Mark Millar in 2010. For his performance in the movie Kick-Ass, he got nominated for various awards such as the Best Fantasy Actor, Best Superhero and Best Breakout Performance - Male for Scream Awards and Breakout Male for Teen Choice Awards in 2010. In 2011, he was nominated for the Best Actor for Empire Award and Rising Star Award for BAFTA Award.

Aaron won the Man of the Year in 2010 by the Glamour Awards for his gorgeous looks and outstanding performance. He was also awarded as the Best Newcomer by the Empire Award in 2010. Aaron was nominated for the best Depiction of Nudity, Sexuality or Seduction by the Alliance of Women Film Journalists for his performance in the movie, Anna Karenina, as Count Alexei Kirillovich Vronsky, a cavalry officer.

The book had several adaptations including plays and movies filmed during different times. He also made the list of GQ’s 50 best dressed British men in 2015. Aaron Johnson changed his name to Aaron Taylor-Johnson in 2013 and made it official with his marriage to Sam Taylor-Wood. They were engaged in 2009 and got married on 21 June, 2012. The couple had their first daughter named Wylda Rae, in 2010, and their second daughter, Romy Hero, in 2012.
