Born in Washington, D.C., Justin is an American actor, director, and scriptwriter, who is best remembered for his appearance in “Mulholland Drive” and “Inland Empire.” He initiated to act in high school (Buxton School) and further advanced from Bennington College with a B.A. in visual arts and drama (1993).
