Lee Boardman

Lee Boardman, born in Manchester, is an English narrator, actor and film producer. His father's name is Harold, and he has two sisters, Mandy, and Suzanne. Lee Boardman got married on May 12th, 2001 to Jennifer James. Jennifer is also in the film industry. Together, they have two kids, Jack Alexander Boardman, and Scarlett Marie. Jack is twelve years of age and Marie is six years old.

Gary Oldam, Meryl Streep, and Anthony Hopkins are some of his favorite actors. He has worked with these artists in ‘Rome’, a TV series in which he is Timon the Jew.

He plays rugby, football, and squash. He is also skilled in stage fighting and in singing (bass to tenor).

Lee Boardman has gone to Reddish Vale Tech College, which is in Stockport. He then graduated, with a scholarship, from the Oxford School of Drama. Lee Boardman is well known for playing the role of Jez Quigley on ‘Coronation Street’. It was on the sets of Coronation Street that he met his wife, Jennifer. He is equally appreciated for his role in ‘Drop Dead Gorgeous’ in which he played the character of Murray Priestman. He performed as Hodge in the comedy series ‘Great Night Out’.

In the series ‘Da Vinci's Demons’ (2014), he has a recurring role by the name of Amerigo Vespucci. He has also appeared in various other TV series and movies like ‘Loves Kitchen’, ‘The Interceptor’, ‘Beowulf’, and ‘ The Young Messiah Click to look into! >> Read More... ’. ‘Fated’, which was released in 2006, was also one film in which he starred as Jack. Lee also narrated in the Police documentary and its spin-off ‘Road Wars’ and ‘Street Wars’ respectively. He was also a narrator in ‘Fight School’ in 2002. In British Comedy Awards 2008, the Best Comedy Drama award was given to his series ‘Drop Dead Gorgeous’. He is also the voice of Radio Station, BBC Radio 5 Live.
