Born on January 19, 1991, in South West London, England, Max Fowler is an English actor. He is the son of Simon and Karen Fowler, a Photographer in the music business. Max is the youngest of 3 children. He got his education in London from Emmanuel High School, yet chose not to proceed with his further instruction and rather set out to seek after acting.
