Dev Sikdar

Dev Sikdar is an Indian singer, lyricist, and music director. He was born in Andheri West Mumbai. He is a Software Engineer by profession, but his real passion is to become a musician. Initially, he did few jingles and scored in few short films; he was unaware that this could turn into a full-fledged career. Dev now scored for several short films, Bollywood films, play, jingles, and albums. He is a member of Politically Incorrect, a live act that is into music and fusion. He also produced many Punjabi tracks for various artists.

He did a track for Phoenix entitled See This Night Through, and this was released under Black Hole Records, which was featured on iTunes home page for a couple of weeks. He penned a track for Everyll Kim (UK-based artist) entitled Money Honey Money Honey is a Bengali web series. It premiered >> Read More... , which was released under Eros. Some of his tracks were entitled Padharo Maro Desh, Return of Christ, Jee Le Master, Kya Kahoon Tumse, Chodo Naa, and Nachange Saari Raat Remix. In 2014, he scored the music for the Bollywood drama film, Strings of Passion.

He also worked on many commercials such as VLCC, the Educomp Smart Class Jingle, Spyran Masala Adfilm, Aircel Promo Chennai, All Out Tag On, and Hotel.com Promo.
