Antony Starr is an actor who has worked in New Zealand. He is known for his roles in Outrageous Fortune and American Gothic. Antony was born on 25 October 1975 in Auckland, New Zealand. During the 1990s, he stepped into the acting career with a guest role in Shortland Street. It is a 1992 soap opera broadcasted on TVNZ 2. He was in the leading role portraying the character of Matt Sloane. In Lowdown, he was seen as Stuart King for six episodes. He was in the lead role of Banshee Tv series as Lucas Head.

He had a recurring role in Banshee, Banshee Origins, and Banshee Origins: Checking In. his role as Garrett Hawthrone in American Gothic TV series was also the main character of the show. He has been nominated at Australian Film Critics Association Awards. At the Qantas Television Awards, Antony won the Best Actor in a TV Drama for Outrageous Fortune. He has been nominated for the same TV show at New Zealand Film and TV Awards and New Zealand Screen Awards.
