Shivesh Bhatia is an Indian YouTuber, content creator, food stylist, and author. He was born on Monday, April 22, 1996. Shivesh Bhatia’s place of birth is New Delhi, India. He completed his school studies at the Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Delhi, in 2014. After that, he went to the Hindu College, Delhi University, to pursue Political Science. He has two sisters. His hobbies are blogging, baking, and traveling. Shivesh Bhatia used to write a lot when he was in school. He has written articles for leading newspapers such as Hindustan Times and The Hindu. He stopped writing before his twelfth exams, and never picked it up again.

At 11, he started baking. Shivesh Bhatia initiated his blogging journey in December 2014 at the age of 14. He gained much traction from his YouTube channel named “Bake with Shivesh.” His first YouTube video was on “How to Make a Chocolate Cake Tiramisu,” which went live on March 15, 2019. In 2016, he received the Outlook Social Media Award. He was featured in Vogue’s list of “20 Under 26” in 2017 and “30 Under 30” in 2023. In 2017, CondeNast Traveler India awarded him the Social Media Star. In the same year, he won “The Best Dessert Blog Award” by Better Homes and Gardens.

In 2018, he won the “Best Instagrammer of the Year Award” at Living Foodz awards. He was honored with the “Best Food Feed of the Year Award” at the Cosmopolitan Blogger Awards in 2019, 2021, and 2022. In 2020, he received the Cosmo India Blogger Awards Food Icon of the Year. In 2022, he won numerous awards, including Exhibit Magazine Food Influencer of the Year, Travel & Leisure Food Blogger of the Year, Cosmo India Blogger Awards Food Influencer of the Year, and Digital Influencer of the Year Award at the eleventh annual Indian Restaurant Awards. 

On November 5, 2018, Shivesh Bhatia released his first book titled “Bake with Shivesh.” The book was published by Harper Collins, and it became an Amazon bestseller. His second book, titled “Desserts For Every Mood,” was published on December 8, 2020. Later, his third book titled “Eggless Baking with Shivesh,” was published in September 2022.
