Chef Anupa Das

Anupa Das is an Indian celebrity chef. She is a Maharashtrian and was born and brought up in Mumbai. She did her Diploma in Hotel Administration and Food Technology, Hospitality Administration and Management from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai, in 1998. She is presently the Head of Content at Khana Khazana India Private Limited. She is married to Pradipto Das. Pradipto Das is a Corporate Chef at Sanjeev Kapoor Restaurants. Anupa was previously Senior CDP at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Anupa is presently associated with Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and completed ten years of working on his shows, books and Television shows. Anupa is also a travel enthusiast. She loves to create recipes for books and shows.

She assisted Chef Sanjeev Kapoor for his national and international live cookery demonstrations. Anupa had the opportunity to work with Michelin Star Chef Frank Fol from Belgium and Chef Anton Mosimann from United Kingdom. Anupa was the team leader for trial sessions for Sanjeev Kapoor’s cookery books and shows. She was Chef Conti for more than five years. In 2000, she was part of the team representing the Mumbai Taj at The Taj Culinary Olympics, Delhi. Anupa hosts a cookery show, Sirf Tees Minute, on 24 Hour food channel. She was the Hostess of a weekly cookery show, Rasoi Khajina, aired by a Marathi Channel.
