Mehnaz Mann, a child actor from Mohali, Punjab. She got into the limelight from a TV show named India’s Best Draamebaaz. This India’s Best Dramebaz was a reality television show, based on searching acting talent for children on a national level. The show was aired on Zee TV, which earlier had similar concept shows in the past by name Zee Cinestars Ki Khoj in 2004 and 2006-07, but they weren’t meant for children. This show had 19 contestants, out of which only 6 were selected for the finale. Mehnaz Mann was one of them and came in fourth. The final results were decided on votes by public’s SMS’s and calls, and more than 17 lakhs votes were counted in total. After this show, Mehnaz Mann went back and decided to concentrate on her studies. But already there were many offers from different TV sitcoms. In school, she had already done work with many theatre dramas.

Her father Hardev Mann Singh and mother Roopi Mann, both have been theatre artists in their past. In an interview, Mehnaz Mann said that working in theatres has helped her a lot and has improved her acting. In 2013, she was offered to play a role in Zee Tv’s Ek Muthhi Aasman. She was only eight years old when she got this role, her first break. Hopefully, she might accept a few very soon and entertain the audience with her mesmerizing performances.
