He later went to the Indian Institute of Mass Communication to achieve PG Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations. Sambit has vast experience in work. He started working as a copywriter at McCann Erickson. He later went on to work as a creative director in various companies. He also worked as an Executive Creative Director at McCann Group for one year. Sambit worked at DDB Mudra Group as a Creative Head (North) for almost three years. Before returning to McCann Group, Mohanty also worked at JWT India as a National Creative Director for three years. Sambit now works at McCann Group as a Head of Creative. He has various skills like digital marketing, advertising, films, and concept development.Â
