Raja Unnithan

Raja Unnithan is an Indian director who primarily worked in the Hindi film industry (Bollywood). He holds a first-class bachelor’s degree from the prestigious institute “The College of Fine Arts, Trivandrum (Kerala)”. He has served as an assistant director under the National award-winning director, Mr.Shyamaprasad from Kerala. He went to Mumbai to catapult his career as a director and joined TV18 as an Associate Producer. However, he was again called back by Shyamaprasad to work as a Senior Assistant for an English feature he was working on at that time.

After the successful completion of the task, Shyamaprasad made Unnithan the Art Director for his Malayalam feature film “AKALE”. Unnithan did an excellent job and was awarded the Kerala State Film Award for the best Art Director in 2004.
