Shade Zahrai is a well-known Australian entrepreneur, author, Harvard-trained leadership coach, TEDx speaker, and social media celebrity.She was born in Australia. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social and Organisational Psychology from Oregon State University.She pursued her MBA from Monash Business School. She is recognized for her extraordinary skills in developing practical and actionable strategies to build any business. She formerly worked as a commercial lawyer but eventually moved on to banking and strategy consultant, where she flourished. She collaborated with the Forbes coaches council and contributed papers about career development.

She has a YouTube channel and her videos guides and educates women around the world to start their own business. She was married to Faysal Sekkouah. She co-founded her own company with her husband named Influenceo Global Inc. The company helps the women to overcome the obstacles and empowering them. She recognized as Adweek’s career creator of the Year(2021). She has appeared in Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk, the Newyork times and Yahoo Finance.She is a winner of Australian Latin Dance three times.She wrote a book named” I Don’t Want to be happy- said no one, Ever!” which was one of the best selling book of 2018.
